Mini Portrait Studio = FUN

One thing that we constantly find ourselves saying to each other and to others is how lucky we are to have such awesome clients and what an honor it is to be able to capture the the special moments in their lives through imagery. We’re constantly in search of ways to improve our ability to tell your story through our work and to capture the fun and the drama of your most special days.

In the spirit of this, we are excited to announce the availability of our new Mini Portrait Studio for your wedding receptions and events. Provided you can spare a small, 12 foot by 12 foot area at your event, we can now set up a small professional portrait studio to take posed pictures of you and your guests having fun and being goofy and whatever else you like. We’ll bring in a white backdrop (if needed,) a studio flash, an LCD screen for instant preview of pictures taken, and a big box of props to play around with. An assistant is also included, to make sure that we’re still able to catch all the goings-on as normal.

Your guests will have a blast and will have the opportunity to express their congratulations and well-wishes to you in a little bit more personal a way. We’ll process all of the pictures taken and provide them to you on a disk and an online gallery to use for prints….. or blackmail. 🙂

Here are some of our favorite shots from Nancy and Kale’s wedding reception at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, where we did our first Mini-Studio. If you have further questions about the setup and details, please feel free to ask! There’s a “contact” link at the top of the blog.

One of my absolute favorites!  Who doesn’t love a bride in boxing gloves?!

And finally, the bride and groom.  🙂

Handsome Little Man, John Tyler

We took John Tyler’s portraits on a farm in Conway, AR.   He is way too cute!  We love little boys, having three of our own, and really enjoyed taking these.

With these eyes and his sweet little face, I wonder if he ever gets told no…   This is definitely one of my faves from the session.

Hi There!

Erin Moulden Photography - Arkansas Wedding and Lifestyle Photography

Welcome to our new blog! We know, we know, it’s been a long time coming. We’ve really been meaning to put this thing together for a while but thanks to all of our awesome clients, we’ve been very busy lately shooting and processing and trying out new ideas. Those of you who are following us on Facebook probably already know what I’m talking about.

If you ARE already a fan of Erin Moulden Photography on Facebook (you guys are the bomb, by the way, we can’t thank you enough) don’t worry. We’re going to keep posting new content and updates there as well and we’ll try not to spam you by cross-posting too much. This blog will just give us an opportunity to share what we’re up to in a larger, more streamlined format. Facebook pictures are just too small sometimes to get the full effect.

So stay tuned for updates on the work we’re doing now and on our upcoming “Blast From the Past” series, detailing some of our personal favorite stuff from the past couple of years. Please feel free to leave us a comment, subscribe via email or RSS, share us with your Facebook friends or whatever fancy internet stuff you crazy kids are into these days. 🙂
