Michael & Tiffany’s Philadelphia Wedding – Part 3

This is the third and final blog post of Michael and Tiffany’s wedding. If you haven’t seen the fist two, you should look here for their rehearsal night coverage and here for their wedding day. 🙂

Since Tiffany lives in Boston, MA and we live in Little Rock, AR we weren’t able to do a bridal session with her so we decided to take advantage of their beautiful reception venue to get a few portraits of Tiffany on the wedding day.

She was such a lovely bride…

Their reception was TONS of fun. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day, Michael and Tiffany!

XOXO

Michael & Tiffany’s Philadelphia Wedding – Part 2

We met Michael and Tiffany just over two years ago at Matt and Jackie’s wedding in Chicago. Here they are then…

Adorable right? I LOVED them. We came home from that wedding, added each other on Facebook, shared photos with them and watched for a year as Tiffany uploaded pictures from wedding after wedding that they were in or had attended. (I think they might be professional wedding guests!) Usually they were in matching outfits and I would comment and show Justin how flipping cute they were, wondering when in the world is he going to propose?  It wasn’t even that I thought that we would have the honor of shooting their wedding since they live in Boston, MA. I just couldn’t wait to hear the news! When it finally happened we were so thrilled for them and when she contacted us to see if we were available and if we would travel to Philadelphia, PA, we were beyond excited! It seemed to be forever away though. Tiffany and I kept in touch through the year, emailing each other what could be considered novels back and forth discussing all of the details and wishing the day would hurry and come…

And it did come. And it was beyond wonderful. I cried at the rehearsal dinner, did my best not to cry as I watched Tiffany’s mom try to hold her own tears back on the morning of the wedding, I cried during the ceremony, first dance… We came home, backed up all of the images from the weekend, started looking through them and I cried again. I was sad that this amazing day that we had waited on for so long it seemed, had come and gone.  For this, I am most thankful that we are photographers and we get to provide a lasting memory of their day.

It was an amazing day… I can only imagine the beautiful days to come for you, Michael and Tiffany! Thank you oh-so much for letting us be a part of the magic.

XOXO

Stay tuned for Part 3 – The Reception!

Michael & Tiffany’s Philadelphia Wedding – Part 1

We were in Philadelphia for four days for Michael and Tiffany’s wedding festivities. Needless to say, there was an abundance of coverage so we have decided to share a series of blog posts all about the happenings and details of this beautiful occasion for this couple who has grown very dear to us.

We will start with the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, both at GORGEOUS venues.

I was amazed  by Tiffany’s Father and Step-Father who act more like brothers.  🙂

These two are known for their matching outfits. 🙂

The rehearsal dinner was held at the elegant Glen Foerd Mansion.

The food… Oh, it was delicious! Conroy Catering did an amazing job.

And their families and friends… I loved these people. Down South, we think that we’re the friendliest there is but  Justin and I felt right at home with all these Northerners. 😉

Such beautiful people. I wish that we could go back and do it all again.
